Turkey time

Many of you may have already started thinking about preparing your meal for next week's holiday. MU Extension and Missouri Families has a handout available to help with purchasing, thawing, and cooking your turkey.

The information includes:
  • Selecting a turkey (fresh vs. frozen)
  • Storage and thawing
  • Cooking (roasting, smoking, frying)
