Here are some things to think about before we start our wellness activities:
Occupational wellness
- Do you enjoy going to work most days?
- Do you have a manageable workload at work?
- Do I feel as though I can talk to my boss or co-workers when a problem arises?
Spiritual wellness
- Do I make time for relaxation during the day?
- Do I make time for meditation and/or prayer?
- Do my values guide my decisions and actions?
